Its not always easy being green and recyling in a 16th century building, but we're trying.

Paper - we make into log briquettes for our fire.

Glass - We're collecting to recyle with our waste people.  As a local business we pay to have all our refuse collected but at least its being reused.

Cardboard - we seperate this out and have it collected seperately for recycling.

Oil - Our cooking oil is collected and used for all sorts of things from bio fuels...

Reducing Carbon Foot Print - Hopefully everyone who's been in the pub knows we buy as much of our food locally as possible, without packaging and without haulage miles.
